Granted, it’s not a chocolate chip cookie made with real butter. However this “healthy cookie” recipe a friend shared on FB is pretty tasty.
3 smashed bananas
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk (I used 1% regular milk)
1/2 cup raisins (no raisins in the house so I used a handful of dark chocolate chips)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
